So when my parents came to visit us, I thought I would take them and my brother in law, to the ice caves for a fun time. I have heard that the week previously, some people have gone and had a fun time; so I thought it would be a blast. I ask my friend Mike if we could borrow his jeep thinking that it would be fine to make it in the snowy off roads on Idaho. Well we drove out there and saw tire tracks so we thought we could make it. Well being stupid I didn't take in affect the 70 degree weather and how it will make the hard snow turn into slush. Well we got out there about 100 yards and then fell into the snow. We tried so hard to get out, however we were stuck, and had to call a tow truck to dig us out. It wasn't the trip I was hoping for but it was a great adventure that we will never forget.
This will go down as one of the best times your father could've ever spent with his two favorite sons! It's funny how simple and in this case hard times, become the most valued bonding experiences--your dad loved the time with you--you are a special man!
Thank you again for such a wonderful time with you and Rebecca last week! love yas!

What a shame! It's so hard to imagine the snow. I forget that it's only April and that means spring is barely showing up across the country.
That's to bad you have snow still! Texas is a balmy 77 today!!
